What to Expect
When you sign up for Scoopie Poo, we keep things simple, predictable, and hassle-free.
Easy recurring billing — no invoices or reminders
We’ll confirm your schedule after signup
Cancel anytime — no contracts
Service continues through what you’ve already paid for
Recurring Service
Your first payment includes your first month of service (and any initial cleanup if needed). After that, billing runs automatically each month.
Service Changes
You can request a change in service anytime. If you’re increasing service, the change will take effect after the required adjustment is paid. If you’re decreasing service, any credit will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
Payment Issues
If a payment fails, your service continues through your current paid-through date. After that, service is paused for up to 30 days while billing is updated. If payment isn’t completed within that time, service is canceled.
Access to Yard
Please make sure we can safely access your yard. If we’re unable to complete service due to access issues, we’ll notify you and attempt to reschedule if possible.
Weather Delays
Service may be delayed due to weather or unsafe conditions. We’ll resume service as soon as possible when conditions allow.
