What to Expect
When you sign up for Scoopie Poo, we keep things simple, predictable, and hassle-free.
Easy recurring billing — no invoices or reminders
We’ll confirm your schedule after signup
Cancel anytime — no contracts
Recurring Service
Your first payment covers the initial cleanup or one-time service. After that, recurring billing begins automatically on the service start date you selected.
Service Changes
You can request a change in service anytime. If you’re increasing service, the change will take effect after the required adjustment is paid. If you’re decreasing service, any credit will be automatically applied to your next billing cycle.
Payment Issues
If a payment fails, your service continues through your current paid-through date. After that, service is paused for up to 30 days while billing is updated. If payment isn’t completed within that time, service is canceled.
Access to Yard
Please make sure we can safely access your yard. If we’re unable to complete service due to access issues, we’ll notify you and attempt to reschedule if possible.
Weather Delays
Service may be delayed due to weather or unsafe conditions. We’ll resume service as soon as possible when conditions allow.

You Might Be Wondering…
No. As long as we can access the yard, we’ll take care of everything and send you a photo when it’s done.
That’s completely normal. Most first visits are a reset — we take care of it so it’s easy to maintain from there.
No. It’s a simple monthly service. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime.
As long as your dog is friendly and the yard is safe to enter, they can be out — or you can keep them inside if you prefer.
Everything is bagged securely and placed in your outdoor trash bin.
That’s available too. But most people sign up for ongoing service so they don’t have to deal with it again.
We schedule cleanups based on geographic route efficiency so we can serve local clients consistently and keep travel time reasonable. Because of that, we can’t guarantee a specific day or exact time window.
That said, we absolutely do our best to accommodate preferred weekdays whenever possible. You’ll receive a notification when your service day is scheduled, and we’ll also let you know when we’re on the way.
We work in most normal Wisconsin weather conditions, including light rain. If weather becomes unsafe or conditions make cleanup unreasonable, we’ll reschedule your service as soon as possible and keep you updated.
